Sign me up!  I can help with tear down and set up if needed.  This sounds like a great event!!  Just a thought, but what about a day where you could have "vendors" with tables to set up and have a real expo.  The vendors could pay a nominal fee for the table and space and have an audience to sell their items.  This would help to defer the many obvious costs of the event.

I'm in for 3 people.  I have no kids in school and am retired so any dates are ok by me.  I will be driving from GA and will also be stopping in Lakeland to visit my brother.  We were already planning a trip to Lakeland this fall and also next spring so this is perfect.

You might want to make this topic into a new one off the main menu.

Sounds great. I can't commit 100% right now, but I would have to say my family and I are coming.  8)

Awesome idea RJ.

The wife and I've been looking for another reason to come to FL.

I'd certainly try to make it.

Very Cool Idea <res.

I am in and will probably bring the wife and kid.
I suspect that I would come for a week as well. Take the family to the local attractions for a couple of days and blinky for the others.
I can also volunteer for set up and tear down if needed.
I will be the one with a fishing pole in one hand and soldering iron in the other ;D

Thanks RJ

I like it!  I am pretty sure I would come.  I could do a "class" on sACN, DMX from my day job!

Depending on the date, I'm interested. Now to find a way to talk the wife into it, like that should be hard to do.

So we are a go to have it, Now we need to decide when. I am putting up a poll with the weekends I think would work and everyone can vote on them.

Any weekend works for us. We most likely will take a whole week off and spend the week in Disney and the weekend at the expo.

Cheers
