I'm assuming Kit 4 includes the parts from Kit #1 as well?

Nope they are different parts. If you only have the pcb already then to make a 4 channel controller than get Kit 1 and 4

Typo on my part.  What I mmeant to imply was, do you need both part kits to make a single dmx enabled ssr4?

Yes, you need to orded both kits 3 and 4 to populate your board with everything needed to make a fully DMX enabled SSR4.  One kit has the DMX components such as the pic and the RS485 and the other kit contains the output components such as the triacs an the opto's.  They are two seperate things and the DMX kit does NOT contain the parts of the other.

All.  This COOP is now closed for orders.  We have reached the limit of 150 ( actually 156 total kits ).  I will soon complete the next step in the coop and gather actual pricing and get PM's sent out to everyone as soon as I can.  Please go and look at my post showing the totals and if anything is incorrect please let me know.  Thanks for all that ordered and no one expected this much response for this COOP in only 2 days!!!
