Smart String Test Firmware
« on: July 21, 2011, »
I used the lynx ss utility to program my first string.  It worked.

Now I want to use the test firmware and do a burn in for my strings.  QUESTION:

Do you need to still program the strings with the ss utility for start address, forward or backwards hybrid mode etc....  if you only want to use the test firmware?

Or just put on the test firmware and plug the strings into the hub?

Trek, best thing I found was to do the test firmware for however long you want your burn in period first, then after that install the latest firmware and go through the SS util and set up the node count and type of set up for final configuration
