I can use some info. I know aboutbBills video my computer is to slow to watch it. the video buffers every other word. can it either be posted on utube my non smart phone canplay utube but not vemio  or can someone write an order of operations

If I am understanding your problem. You need steps to install the drivers for the dongle?

There are steps at the bottom of the dongle assembly manual to install the driver and it usage in Vixen.

got it the new hardware wizard was not popping up. Had to go to new hardware in the control panel. also had to unzip the file. tested one LE with vixen it worked now if I could just get vixen to play my test sequence.
