I tried to update the manual with more steps and pictures using what was posted by theBanker and meman

Its not perfect but hopefully better

I just walked through a number of scenarios and problems situations and came up with revised instructions.  I posted them to the other troubleshooting thread.  Rick, can you marry my instructions with yours as you see fit?
