Has anyone else noticed that when you set up the scheduler and set the time ( 2:00 pm it comes out as 15:00 ) or any time the 24hr seems to be off by 1 hr or is it just me. Not a big problrm just scheduled for 1:00 so it goes off at 2:00 , just have to pick 1 hr earlier so it starts when I need it
