Would it be possible to update the template PDF to include a horizontal line and a vertical line at a set length with the length in it marked?
Then include a printed warning to the effect of; "If these two lines don't measure out to their labeled length, your scaling is incorrect"
I had to drill a second set of holes for my LED as the original holes were off by probably 1/8" of an inch or so.
My main hole as well for feeding the LED wires through was also off by a good bit.
Strangely enough the two holes for the switches worked fine; however, they are just a tab bit on the snug side but not enough that it impacts the PCB.
For reference my printer drivers and Adobe settings were set not to scale. I fully tapped all sides of the cut template to the heatsink with no bulging or play on the paper.
I may in the future also mark with a marker the 3 holes for the LED, which was recommended way of aligning the holes for the regulators.
