How to configure each P12 with E1.31 in LSP

Hello all,
I tried to add an e1.31 controller and it allows 512 channels.
I will have 2 P12R with 12 150 LED RGB 8603 strips attached to each P12.
How should I configure each controller in LSP?
How should I address each controller?
