Thinking the fan would be an add on and not a permeant connection. Or use some pvc and do an insert inside the arch. Could be a "fun" experiment after the show season.

I have seen pictures where folks have built the fan to be the same size as the arch and placed in right behind the arch. My problem is that my fan will have to be a half circle and my current arches are just an arc, but I would like to build LED arches so this will be my excuse to build new ones. Like Rick a project for next season. I have been waiting to see how the Smart Strings worked out so I could repurpose all my old LED strings.
