express acting weird
« on: December 02, 2011, »
i have one of my expresses doing something weird this year. I have (2) expresses running 2 8 channel arches. The weird express is alittle dimmer and when the arch leaps it seems to repeat itself.  Also it looks loke its lagging behind the good working arch.
Anyone?

Try setting the DMX Start channel on the "odd" Express to the same Start Channel as the working arch.

If they now look just the same, then I'd suspect a sequencing problem.

If it still looks "odd" then we can go from there.

This is an excellent thought and way to eliminate the hardware if it is not the issue. Good thinking!
