Coop order missing parts. Thoughts on alternate source with cheaper shipping?

I finally got around to building my Express Receivers that I got in the Coop last year.  Unfortunately, one kit was missing the electrolytic capacitor and voltage regulator.  They're cheap enough to buy from Mouser ($0.20 and $0.28 respectively), but the shipping cost is $6.95! 

Does anyone have any thoughts on alternative sources with cheaper shipping (or even local pickup)?  If someone has any spares, I'd be happy to buy them off of you.  Here's what I need (one of each):
