X-Lights and LMS File
« on: December 21, 2011, »
I got the change my display and have it setup using a Etherdongle and DMX splitter from RJ and only for testing purposes using universe #1.

Also using a wireless connection from the computer to the Etherdongle. It is working just fine getting the commands to the controllers.

I am using LOR S3 and my original setup is:

ID-01 1-208 channels.

CCR ID's-02-05

What is happening is the CCR information is showing up on universe #1 along with the ID-01 information. Removed the CCR's and the ID-01 channels work fine.

What did I forget to correct to eliminate the CCR information going to Universe 1?

I will be reprogramming one CCR to Universe 1 and the other 3 CCR's to Universe 2 later, or use the other three universes for the remaining CCR's on each Universe.

Can you post your LMS file so we can take a look at the XML?  I'm assuming you are running the LOR devices in DMX mode with the EtherDongle (it's just that there are references to LOR controller addressing and not to their converted DMX addresses)?

Would it be possible to post your solution so if someone else runs into the problem they don't also have to reinvent the wheel?
