I'll take one.  When the conductor comes out RJ, are you going to offer a "conductor only" add-on for the current ED or will it be another whole kit?  Just trying to plan :-)

We are well over 100 at this point in just a couple of days so it appears we will have enough to put a coop together. Thanks for the input and I expect to start it in about a week.
