Converting to Conductor files

Anyone have a problem with converting LMS files into Conductor files. I keep getting a warning that 2 channels are the same, but they are not, I've removed both separately and the conversion works, but add them together and I get an error.

Run the Light O Rama Verifier program. It will point out the exact problems that are being seen.

It can run stand alone or if you load the Control Panel, it is in the menu.
