Dongle Case

I ordered the PCB and the Parts for the Dongle and I was wondering where I get the case for the dongle.
I have received my parts from Mouser, but have not yet received the PCB yet. Does the case come with the PCB? Do I need to make a trip to Home Depot or can I order it specially made with all the cuts included?

I think cases only come with dongle coops from what I recall.
