My SmartString CoroCandle
« on: July 04, 2012, »
Here is a video of my SmartString Coro Candle. It is 78" tall by 8" wide. It was inspired by FastEddy and David Moore of HolidayCoro.com. David sells a bit smaller version which is very nice. The candle uses 25 TM1809 rectangles and one SmartString Controller (20 in the stick and 5 in the flame).

Very nice.... the color difusion is excellent.  Did you use hot glue and or zip ties to fasten the back to sides?

It is all one piece. I use zip ties to connect one side to the other.

Nice job, thats pretty impressive! I have a couple of 4x8 sheets of coro laying around..you're inspiring me to get busy and build something out of it.

That's where I'm at also.  No sequencing and no hardware built.  And not a lot of motivation .... Not good.
