What are you using to cover the board.

It was either a yogurt or sour cream container.  It was a little bit of a struggle to find something that was large enough for the receiver, but not too large as to not fit well on the case.  These seemed to be about right.

Those are not the strongest containers and may not hold up well in my situation.  Fortunately for me, where they will be will be near an LE so I can use them to send the required signal wired to them.  I also have 3 ver 1 Aether's (that I still have to build) and I will configure them with on board wireless and save them for areas where they may be by themselves.

Keith,

Any pictures of the wiring of the rx to the Aether II board? I am working on making mine wireless now, but I am a little confused on the wiring of it.

Thanks Keith,
Ya I have seen that. Did you use the "Dip Socket Adapter" and do you remove the RS485 Chip?

Yes, I did not install the RS485 chip and used the socket adapter.
