I just picked up one today. It does say  (after i took it out of the box)  not for use with dimmers.  but I think we should be ok? 
more info...   I only have 2 Aether II's

They mean do not dim the power going into. I do not think they mean do not dim the power coming out of it. It should not know that we are dimming with the power.
