Okay I have gotten all the quotes in.  This is good news.  Bad news is that some of the items went up in price (I hate that!).  The cases are almost $.20 more than before. I also did not have all the final shipping and packaging costs in the original cost.  End result.  The estimate on cost is actually about 40 cents lower than actual.  Hopefully this wont kill you guys.  Final cost per unit is $94.41 not including shipping (which will be medium flat box rate for most everyone -- including the 5 order folks -- I think I can get all 5 in one box!).  PMs to go out shortly.

For those wanting insurance:  Make sure you insure for $95 worth of product.  This comes to $2.35 for one, $2.90 for two units, and $7.05 for 5 units (this represents insurance for $95, $190, and $475 respectively).
