Remember that there may have been communication via pm between the coop manager and the users that we don't see here. Someone could be out of town, in hospital, ect. Usually after a reasonable amount of time the coop manager will offer the unpaid units to someone else on a first come first serve basis. Or they could just order fewer kits.

No sweat. Appreciate you sending the money.

I hope everyone realizes that I post things like the percent complete and the like for information and to be a subtle reminder that payments are due. I am not a pressure guy, but will let everyone in the COOP know where we stand so every member knows were we are in the process. So far, this COOP has been running very smoothly (okay, now I have jinxed it!) I cannot begin to thank everyone in the COOP for making it so smooth!

Update 003 -- 09/13/2012

Major Activity:
- Sent request for quotes to four vendors
- Received quotes from four vendors
- Finalized pricing
- Sent out payment PMs
- Receiving member payments (96 of 109 - 88.1%)
- Ordered PCBs (not paid yet)
- Ordered Mouser parts (two parts are backordered. One due Oct 10.)
- Ordered part from Newmark
- Ordering Enclosures today (3 week lead time)

Awaiting:
- All members pay (13 left as of this writing)
- Receipt of all items (expected around 2nd week of October)
- Sorting
- Shipping
- Close out COOP

All coops are well run. Some stand out for their packaging (you might even call them obsessive in their attention to detail by wrapping each set of parts as separate units).
