I totally understand the thought process behind home buying.  I'm looking myself, and noticed that a house is in foreclosure on a street that already has three people doing animated light sequences.  So, that is VERY tempting....now....to figure out how many rooms it is, what the layout is, and the rest of the stuff that "normal" people usually look at...Are my priorities a little out of order...I'm thinking they are.

Being that I am in Utah, what would prompt a person to want to move here?  They must have plenty of Dr.s in all specialties there.  It can't be for the clean unpolluted air because come Jan and Feb the air along the Wasatch front here gets thick enough to eat and often my elementary school age daughter gets to stay in during recess because of poor air quality days.  Don't get me wrong I love this place and snow goes really well with Christmas lights, but winter sucks and in Florida you don't have that.

Not sure of the exact location in Utah to be honest. My daughter had a heart transplant when she was five weeks old. She is five years old now, however there are still monthly checkups with the pediatric cardiac transplant doctors, plus many other things.... I'd only move if a top children's heart transplant center was reasonably close.

If I cannot see a body of water from the kitchen window, I'm not staying long...    :)

Well in that case Primary Children's Hospital would be a great place.
