Snowman material

I want to build animatronics into my show for next year but I can't find the material that the commercial companies use to cover their outdoor wireframes.  As far as I can tell the material is called tensil fabric but I can't find it anywhere.  Any ideas?

1000 yards could make one really big snowman!  Thanks I am going to try to get some samples
