Anyone willing to share how yall are keeping record of all the DMX and Smartstring channels in order. ie: Spreadsheet

May not be what you are looking for, but I print a list of channels from Vixen to PDF.
Then if needed, I print out the pages I need when setting up.

Here is mine.  Nothing proprietary here.  There maybe typos and or difference form one sheet to another as I get to actually putting the show up.  I use this for planning purposes and finally for creating my vixen channel labels.  In the tab for vixen labels col ABC are copied from other worksheets.  col D is a formula that combines the info which I then copy all of col D and do a paste special (values only) into col E.  Col E can then be copied and pasted into a notepad file which can then be imported into vixen.

I mainly use it when a Pixelnet controller blows and I need to program the address into a spare before replacing it.
