Well, it's been a really long road on this one and it's still not completed. I placed an order on like Feb 2, Yea I know not a good time it was China's NEW YEAR holiday. Anyways, when Flyice Hong said it was actually shipped was Feb 26th. After 2 1/2 weeks of this

I asked him what going on and all he ever said was just be patient. then this shows up.

So after 1 month after being shipped it is still in China.

Do yourself a big favor and do not ever buy from this guy.

I have bought led's from other suppliers before. Every chance I use DHL or FEDEX for shipment, usually no problem.

Every time something is sent post, it takes forever to receive, and usually tracking updates don't work.

It is not always the suppliers fault. Once it is out of their hands and in the postal services there isn't much that can be done. I had 2 packages that shipped same day one showed up 45 days after being shipped, the other took 6 months to show up. The tracking information never displayed anything after "Processed Through Sort Facility"

And yes, I have paid for product that has not showed up.

When dealing with a new suppler, best to do a small other, and test their shipping, and email. It usually worries me when their store vanashes.

I bought from another supplier other than Ray once and it said free shipping. It took over a week to leave ShangHi (It said it left twice a week apart). Then it arrived in California. A month later it shows up in Florida. The problem is I live in Oklahoma. I guess the pony express rider took a wrong turn at Alberquerque! When Ray uses DHL it is so fast when my tracking info said the package landed in the US up around the Great Lakes area, my doorbell rang a few hours later (I guess the Flash owed them a favor).
