DMX Test Display

In RJ's videos, he uses a pretty sweet display with 512 LEDs for testing DMX. Is there any info anywhere on building one of these?

I do know it takes some good soldering skills to built one since he used very small smd chips :)

Thanks for the info. That helps a lot. I've done a little smd soldering before so maybe I'll get adventurous and give it a try. Too bad the PCBs aren't readily available. Or maybe I'll see what I can rig up using an arduino.
