buying led lights

I'm new and i need LED lights. Was wanting to know when was the best time to buy lights. I need couple of cases. Found this web sight, it's $ 14.80 per string of 100. Also has anyone bought from here. ( holiday-light-express.com ) Thanks ALL help is appreciated.

ps.  trying to same a buck its going to be a expensive year

What colors and lengths are you looking for?  I have some led strings that I will be selling mist likely as I am revamping my display this year and starting from scratch to redesign my yard!

Quality was excellent and were identical to my CDI lights.

I have delt with Jeff at Illumimax in the past and have benn very happy. I have used his M6 and his retro fit LEDs. This year I am buying wire and plugs. I have friends that love his strobes.

Plus he is going to ba at the Academy. So if you are going this year you can pick up there and save the shipping. That's what I am going to do.
