Not sure where to put this so I am opening it up here. Will the Lynx DSC fit in a 1" PVC like the SSC? If not what size is needed for them?

The pcb about the same size, I think a bit longer for the mosfets

I would hold off until you have one assembled.
The board looks the same size, but the mosfets look pretty tall...
Has RJ or any of the beta testers verified the fit?

Greetings,,,
Ok, had two cameras fail on me, and had to get another. See if this helps answer a few questions. Remember, not a photographer...lol...

The board is fine but I didn't think of the mosfets

I was not satisfied with going to the next size PVC pipe so before I assembled the DSC, I figured out how to mount the MosFets in another orientation to fit the DSC in the 1" schedule 20 PVC pipe. You need to pay close attention to the placement of the MosFet on the rear making sure it's correctly connected. See my attached pics.
Any comments welcome.

Greetings,,,
Check to see if the mosfets will touch the pvc and melt it.

One issue that you my have is overheating. You have little air space, a sealed unit, and the two mosfets (main source of heat) are right on top of each other which will cause them to furter heat each other up. When you don't have heatsinks, you need space and on this configuration, you have neither. I would do some serious testing before committing all of your controllers to this configuration and make sure that they don't overheat.
